1. Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website or via our official Instagram account.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Details will be provided when you select your preferred method at checkout.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We offer exchanges (except on customized products). Please note, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


2. Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery fee is Rs. 150/-.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 8–9 working days across Pakistan. During peak seasons, delivery times may vary slightly.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do. For details on international orders, please reach out to us via Instagram.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, our team will provide you with a consignee number. You can track it directly on the PostEx website or contact us for updates.


3. Product Information

How do I know my size?
A size chart is available under each product. For customized sizing, feel free to message us on Instagram.

Are the colors the same as shown in pictures?
We try our best to display accurate colors. However, variations may occur due to lighting, editing, or differences in mobile screens.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, selected items are restocked. Keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.


4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

* Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
* Items can be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect size.
* Customized articles (in color and/or size) are not eligible for exchange.
* If the mistake is from our side (wrong or faulty item), we will cover the return delivery charges. If the wrong size was selected by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How can I request an exchange?
Please reach out to us via Instagram within 5 days of receiving your order.

Are there items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Yes, customized articles (color and/or size) are not eligible for exchange.

5. Care Instructions

How should I wash and care for my clothes?
A care instructions card will be included with your order to help you maintain your outfit’s quality.
